A true Arizona native, Joe Dwyer has a deep passion for the growth of the firearms and ammunition industry, particularly across the West Coast. Raised with a love for the outdoors, Joe embarked on a professional fishing career after high school. He then transitioned into the industry he truly loves, starting young by selling guns, ammo, and accessories. Ammo eventually became his specialty. As the first-ever employee at North American Shooting Supply, Joe played a pivotal role in shaping the company into what it is today. Outside of work, he enjoys competitive shooting, fishing, hiking, and spending quality time with his family.

A Texas native and an avid outdoorsman. Austin Blanford has a continuous ardor for the outdoor sporting industry. While being raised in Texas, Austin strived to play sports throughout his high school and college careers while still pursuing his passion for the hunting and fishing industry. Once Austin finished in his career of Baseball he embarked on a professional career as a Firearms, ammo, and accessories sales representative. As a true believer that Honesty, Integrity, and Satisfaction are what make great service, he then found a role at North American Shooting Supply where he strives to provide the best service possible. Outside of work, he enjoys large game hunting, competitive shooting, training courses and spending time with his family.
