Do you sell firearms or accept transfers?
While we love firearms, we do not sell them or accept transfers any longer. But feel free to contact us for a recommendation on our favorite places to purchase or transfer a firearm.
How can I track my order?

Do you have a minimum Order Quantity?

Nope. Feel free to order anything you want in any quantity you want.

Do you Offer Free Shipping?

No, unfortunately not. Our retail site offers free shipping. You can learn more by visiting our True Shot Ammo Rewards program.

Can I pick up my order at your store/warehouse?

Absolutely! We have a retail store in Tempe, AZ and would love to give you a tour of our facility. Just ask!

What major credit cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. When you fill out the payment information on your order you will need to provide the complete credit card number, expiration date, credit card security code, and the full name of the person the card is issued to.
Do you accept PayPal or wire transfers?
We currently do not accept PayPal or wire transfers at this time.
Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
Sales tax will be charged for States that require it for online sales.

Return Policy

North American Shooting Supply wants your shopping experience to be the best in the business. For that reason, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return the unused item(s) including all original packaging at your expense within 30 days of purchase for a refund on that item. Please read the details below as some restrictions apply. There is no need to contact NASS before returning an item as a return authorization number is not required. Shipping, insurance, and additional handling options are non-refundable.

Sales Items

If you purchase an item from North American Shooting Supply while it is on sale and you are not completely satisfied, it may be returned within 30 days for a refund for that item. The merchandise must be unused and all original packaging must be intact to receive a refund. Shipping, insurance, and additional handling options are non-refundable.

Damaged Item

Before shipping, NASS inspects every item ordered to ensure quality and accuracy. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact NASS Customer Service within 3 days of receipt. Please keep the box and all packaging material as this will assist in expediting a replacement item.

Wrong/Defective Item

If you receive the wrong item please contact NASS Customer Service. If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect and it is within 30 days of purchase you may contact NASS Customer Service. If more than 30 days have passed please contact the manufacturer for technical support. Each brand NASS offers has a detailed website with contact and support information available. If you have any questions regarding a manufacturer’s website or contact information, feel free to contact NASS Customer Service.

Exchanges

North American Shooting Supply has an easy exchange program. If you’ve ordered an item that doesn’t work for your application, follow these easy steps to exchange the item. Simply log in to your account and place a new order for the item you need. Due to the rapid changes in NASS inventory, it is best to place a new order as soon as possible to ensure availability. At your convenience, return the item you don’t want for a full refund. Our mailing address is located on the bottom of the packing slip received with your order. Keep in mind you have 30 days to return an item. Once the returned item is received by NASS, a refund is applied and your exchange is complete.
